There is a rotate bug.
When you rotate viewport by dragging cursor right-left, the command works.
But when you rotate it by dragging cursor up-down, it is impossible continue after some point.

This is a feature, not a bug =).

This style of camera rotation is called 'turntable'. It is the default in lots of 3D modeling apps, like Maya. Unlike arcball, turntable has two independent degrees of freedom, so it maps more intuitively to the mouse. People who have never used a 3D rotation tool find it much easier to use.

The downside is that if your model is not Y-up, the camera will not be so useful. I think I might be able to add a secondary rotation, with alt-shift-rmb, that will do arcball rotation...
